My Skincare Routine

To be honest, I don’t use a lot of products. I try to keep my skincare routine as short as possible. Here are the four products I use to keep my skin looking fresh and even.

#1. Neutrogena – Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes

At the end of the day, I like to use these to remove the makeup from my face. This has to be the first step for me because washing my face right away would be way too messy and time-consuming. These wipes minimize the time for makeup removal and they are nice and soft. I hate dry and rough wipes so these are perfect for me.

#2. Black Soap

Black soap is an all natural plant-based soap that I love to use when washing my face. Since I started to use it earlier this year I have really noticed a difference in my skin. It’s also gentle on the skin which is nice because I have broken out from trying out different soaps. Black soap improves skin tone, helps with discolouration, gives a deep clean and has natural anti-aging properties.

#3. Shea Butter

Shea butter provides nourishment to the skin. This has helped tremendously with clearing up the dark spots or scars on my face. It also keeps my face super hydrated with is great for the winter months. I apply this after cleansing my face.

#4. Deciem – Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%

This product helps reduces blemishes and congestion on the skin. My brother introduced me to it and I’ve been loving it ever since. I also love looking as hydrated and juicy as possible, so this combined with the shea butter really gives me a fresh look. You’re supposed to use it twice daily but I find it doesn’t mix well with my makeup sometimes, so I don’t apply it on days when I wear a full face.
